In the instances of technical problems, fraudulent activity, and accidental billing, you are eligible for your money back. We make a conscious effort to process refunds in 24 hours and will send an email confirmation to the address we have on record. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit/refund to appear on your account.
Cancelling is easy but you'll still have access for the remainder of the period you've paid for. Once this is over you won't be billed again.
